Scientists have an important obligation to share their work with broader audiences, engaging communities that may help to support research and inspiring future generations.

I take this responsibility seriously, and I have made focused efforts to embed public outreach in the work that I do. For example, I have been a participating scientist in the Skype a Scientist program, engaging with school groups in underserved communities around the world. The map on the right shows just some of these locations.

If you are interested in having me speak to your class, event, group, or program, please contact me. I never charge fees to speak to schools or public groups.
